Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship via FedEx ground. Standard shipping time is 1 to 5 business days within the US.  We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. If loss or damage is discovered please save your carton. Shipping Carriers may request pictures of damaged items and packaging before a claim can be filed. All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

We will gladly exchange or accept returned merchandise if notified within 30 days of receipt of order and merchandise is unused. Any defective merchandise or errors on our part will be replaced or refunded.
